Here you can choose à la carte, opt for our tasting menus or be left in the hands of our kitchen team and the service team, who suggest the best seasonal products, according to seasonality and maximum respect for the sustainability of species. If you choose our tasting menus, you have the option of the KABUKI Tasting Menu or Vegan Tasting Menu. At lunch, we offer two incredibly satisfying and diverse executive menus, perfect for a business lunch.

Wine

In the KABUKI concept, in addition to Japanese haute cuisine, the art of hospitality and the wine offer are the other vertices for a unique experience. Our sommelier team is responsible for elevating the wine experience, with a wine cellar chosen in detail with more than 500 references - including wines, champagnes and sakes. The restaurant also promotes initiatives such as Bring Your Own Bottle (every Wednesday), vertical tastings, themed dinners and masterclasses.

Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine, has unveiled the winners of the 2023 Restaurant Awards, which honor the world’s best restaurants for wine. This year’s awards program recognizes Kabuki Lisboa with "Best of Award of Excellence".

Kikubari

At Kikubari you can leave it in the hands of our Bartender team, to choose your cocktail. All KABUKI Lisboa’s signature cocktails are made with Japanese ingredients. We also serve a careful selection of wines and champagne by the glass, or spirits such as premium Japanese whisky and mezcal. To accompany your drink, we offer a selection of snacks such as oysters and toro or wagyu prego.

Our Bakery, combines the elegance of Japanese cuisine with Mediterranean and local flavours, which you will find in the famous pastel de nata mochi. On our dessert menu you will also find a wide range of teas, mainly Japanese and Portuguese, to accompany or to help you digest the meal better.
